Provide empathetic, accurate customer support in a contact center serving shareholders in the United States and Europe. When not in training you’ll be based in the Montreal, (Quebec) office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. Employees are required to work on Canadian holidays with some exceptions. 

Employees are preferred to be bilingual but not required. 

The position requires proficiency in English, as the person will need to communicate daily with clients based in the United States and Europe.

Lorsque vous ne serez pas en formation, vous travaillerez à partir de notre bureau de Montréal (Québec) au moins trois jours par semaine, avec la possibilité de travailler à domicile une partie de la semaine.

Formation et horaires de travail

Les heures de formation seront du lundi au vendredi, de 10 h à 18 h 30 (heure de l’Est). La formation se déroulera à la fois dans nos bureaux et à distance.

Il s'agit d'un contrat d'une durée d'un an dont l'entrée en fonction est prévue le 26 octobre 2026.

Les employés sont tenus de travailler lors des jours fériés canadiens, sous réserve de certaines exceptions.

Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est considéré comme un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.

Ce poste exige une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, puisque la personne occupant le poste devra communiquer quotidiennement avec des clients situés aux États-Unis et en Europe.
