We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Success Manager to build long-term customer relationships, drive product adoption, and maximize customer retention and growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers succeed, solving business challenges, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with enterprise customers to ensure they achieve measurable value from the platform while identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to gather customer feedback, improve customer experience, and contribute to product enhancements. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a genuine passion for customer success in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Own and nurture customer relationships to drive long-term satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, product adoption, and best practices to maximize platform value.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, product usage, and engagement to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
  • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling by understanding evolving customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations and product guidance.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to influence product improvements and future roadmap decisions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, product demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
  • Track customer success metrics, retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities using CRM and customer success tools.
  • Build scalable customer success processes that improve engagement, satisfaction, and long-term business growth.

  • Engineering graduate with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable managing multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and highly organized with strong ownership and accountability.
