Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Specialist to join our Commercial Customer Management team at our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Bangalore.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Customer Success Managers and Global Account Managers in managing relationships, account growth, and operational support for Iron Mountain's Global Industry Vertical & Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Accounts.
You will join a dynamic Center of Excellence (CoE) team focused on embedding a "customer-first" approach across all operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead key account and operational support activities: Execute day-to-day account management tasks, including service changes, inventory transfers, billing analysis, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and customer onboarding to drive account growth and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Global Account Managers, leadership, operations, and customer care teams to deliver seamless communications, conduct business reviews, and provide product training.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Manage customer cases effectively within agreed timelines while adhering to established Iron Mountain process guidelines, security standards, and operational metrics.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in a contact center, customer service environment, or administrative role.
Strong knowledge of customer support processes, investigative methods, analytical problem-solving, and proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
Proven ability in building strong stakeholder relationships, multi-tasking, managing case escalations, and collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
