We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in our client- attorney matching service. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with clients who submitted their cases on our website, understand their needs, and provide them with information about suitable attorneys. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people and ensuring a seamless customer experience. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Contact clients who have added their case to our website to understand their legal needs and preferences. 
  • Provide clients with tailored information about attorneys who match their requirements. 
  • Answer client questions and address concerns regarding the attorney selection process. 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system. 
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they have connected with an attorney and received the necessary assistance. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues and enhance the matching process. 
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve our service and enhance customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone demeanor. 
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. 
  • Skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
  • A customer-focused attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service. 
  • Experience in the customer success field is a plus but not required.
