We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Support). This position focuses on providing assistance to customers via email and live chat only, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

Proficient in Mandarin (written and reading) and able to communicate in basic English.
Strong typing, written communication, and comprehension skills.

Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Must be able to work on-site at Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya (Selangor).
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and chat.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
Ensure all interactions are properly documented in the system.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all communications.
Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.
