Customer Success Specialist (Media Redaction Services)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Utilize our AI-based SaaS platform to accurately redact sensitive media content, ensuring compliance with client specifications and privacy standards.
• Apply comprehensive understanding of intricate written and verbal directives, and enforce appropriate policies, protocols, and standards.
• Serve as the resident expert on media redaction within the Customer Success Team, providing training and knowledge sharing to colleagues and clients.
• Collaborate with product teams on UX improvements and enhancements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
• Support customer operations by assisting with implementations, providing technical support, and addressing client inquiries or issues.
• Contribute to special projects aimed at improving internal processes, enhancing service delivery, or supporting strategic initiatives within the Customer Success Team.

SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Approximately 2-3 years of proven experience in media editing (video and audio), content redaction, or a related field with impeccable attention to detail, delivering high quality outputs. 
• Understanding of confidentiality and data privacy requirements, especially within the public sector.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer success, training, or support roles is a plus.
• Experience with AI-based platforms or AI models is a plus.

BONUS POINTS IF 

• Experience in eDiscovery, digital evidence management, compliance surveillance, media asset management, or content management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Political Science, Criminal Justice, Legal AND/OR Multimedia, Computer Science, Information Technology) OR equivalent practical experience.
• Technical acumen in B-to-B SaaS/PaaS, Cloud, and Enterprise Software
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence workflows
• Understanding of online software (SaaS) services and technology-based solutions.

This base pay is for illustrative purposes only and will be determined based on skills and experience comparable to the job requirements.
