Job Description

This role is responsible for enabling NIQ and its clients to achieve critical business objectives, including client satisfaction and financial growth, by delivering high-quality analytics, actionable insights, and exceptional client engagement. Through the analysis of consumer, market, and retail measurement data, this role drives informed decision-making, identifies growth opportunities, and delivers meaningful business insights while fostering strong client partnerships and ensuring research excellence.

  • Take ownership of the quality of client deliverables, including datasets, reports, and other outputs, while supporting service stability and operational excellence.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality analytics, insights, and presentations aligned with client needs and NIQ standards.
  • Analyze and synthesize multiple data sources to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making.
  • Create impactful reports, dashboards, and data-driven stories that communicate key findings effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, collaborating cross-functionally to understand business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver training and maintain expertise in research methodologies, analytical techniques, and NIQ solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by contributing to or leading process enhancement initiatives that improve client service, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
  • Contribute to business growth and continuous process improvement through proactive problem-solving and innovation.
  • Demonstrate NIQ values through collaboration, knowledge sharing, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in client service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or related field and with less than 2 years working experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Experience in market research industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical mind and proactive
  • Ability to deliver the analytic presentation to client
  • Native level Korean and strong business English skill is required
  • Good oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Technically proficient in MS Office(Excel, PowerPoint) applications
  • General interest in consumer packaged goods industry and retail/trade environment
  • Confidence working with numbers and structured data
