In this role, you’ll be the voice of the customer, guiding their journey from order placement through delivery and beyond. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely shipments, and proactive communication that builds trust and satisfaction.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
Process new orders and drive clean order initiatives to streamline manufacturing.
Collaborate with engineering to deliver complete, high-quality drawing packages.
Manage change orders and build strong internal relationships across departments.
Support revenue goals by resolving shipping holds and attending revenue meetings.
Handle return authorizations, concessions, billing milestones, and overdue invoices.
Apply lean methodologies to improve processes and customer success outcomes.
Monitor and communicate shipping schedules, resolving potential delays.
Participate in daily meetings and escalate issues for timely resolution.
Your background
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or related fields.
Business degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus.
Understanding of basic accounting principles and project management.
