- Deliver exceptional customer service across all channels (phone, email, chat, face-to-face)
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, tracking, billing, and product education
- Review and communicate artwork guidelines with customers
- Process order changes, reprints, and timeline adjustments efficiently
- Provide customer education and product promotion
- Manage customer complaints with a resolution-focused mindset
- Make outgoing calls when required in a prompt and professional manner
Requirements
- Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years customer service experience across multiple channels
- 2 to 4 years experience with Adobe Suite Products(illustrator or photoshop)
- Strong multitasking ability
- Tech-savvy with social platforms and applications
- People coordination and relationship building skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities Preferred Skills
- Adobe Illustrator experience
- Understanding of basic art and design concepts (sizing, file types, Pantone colors)
Work Arrangement
- Work Setup: On-site
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am PDT flexi start time, should complete nine 9 hours work
