The Customer Success Representative (Velocity Accounts) is responsible for the renewal of customer maintenance contracts in their assigned territory/segment; this includes providing quotes directly to customers and/or their assigned channel partners.  The Customer Success Representative is responsible for ensuring the best customer experience as well as customer retention, with the customer success being number one objective. The Customer Success Representative is also responsible for upselling customers to premium services and for identifying opportunities for add-on sales of Veeam products. This position is focused on driving revenue bookings and overachieving quotas through retaining customers. 

Your tasks will include:
  • Achieving and exceeding renewal and expansion goals within assigned territory.
  • Managing and growing all maintenance contracts to maximize customer retention.
  • Addressing and resolving obstacles to ensure customers renew agreements successfully.
  • Cold calling customers with lapsed support, with the goal to reactivate support.
  • Monitoring upcoming expirations and taking timely action to maintain ongoing customer agreements.
  • Preparing and delivering accurate proposals and quotes as required by agreements.
  • Handling customer and partner inquiries regarding quotes, pricing, and contract adjustments.
  • Collaboration with internal teams and channel partners to support and close renewals.

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous success in managing sales processes and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Polish languages.
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Self-motivated and energetic approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting with proficiency in CRM tools, proficiency with SalesForce is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of the virtualization industry and ability to communicate key information.
