We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Operations Associate - Junior (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Customer Success Team.
This is a position for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven and analytical. You will play a key role in supporting both the Implementation Specialists and the Customer Success team by executing platform maintenance tasks, performing data hygiene activities and coordinating internal operations related to ticket and report management.
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth technical onboarding for new clients, ongoing platform support for existing ones, and efficient internal workflow within the team.
Your role in BizAway
● Execute platform setup and operational tasks on the BizAway (e.g., user imports, group updates).
● Support Implementation Specialists with technical onboarding activities.
● Assist the Customer Success team with operational and technical tasks.
● Perform data maintenance activities to ensure excellent data quality in CRM and customer reports.
● Extract and organize data to support internal reporting and product-related analysis.
● Manage and triage internal & external support tickets to ensure timely resolution and proper assignment.
Your basic qualifications
● Excellent oral and written English communication skills are required. Other languages are a plus.
● Basic Excel/or Google Sheets knowledge (e.g., filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas).
● Strong organizational skills and ability to structure, clean, and manage data efficiently.

● Proactivity: You actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
● Flexibility: You are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
 Nice to Haves:
● Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
● Previous experience or interest in SAAS Sales/Business Travel/Start-ups.
