At Cybereason, our Customer Success Managers serve as trusted advisors to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value derived from our industry-leading solutions. Our Customer Success Managers will also engage with Managed Security Service Partners to equip them for success with Cybereason through proactive and strategic interactions. A successful Customer Success Manager must effectively drive adoption and align both internal and external resources to guarantee value realization. You will utilize your extensive expertise in customer success, project management, and communication to manage expectations, establish robust feedback loops, and facilitate the ongoing enhancement of our internal processes and feedback mechanisms.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for our Enterprise and SME customers as well as select Partners.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 2-4+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, sales development, project management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience in the cybersecurity domain is highly desirable; candidates with backgrounds in technology, particularly SaaS and enterprise technology, may also be considered if exceptionally qualified.
- Project management experience covering all aspects of the post-sales experience, from small to enterprise-sized customers, including onboarding, product upgrade planning, and feature training.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally; engage the right stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
- A sense of humor, curiosity, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential to drive solutions effectively.
- Strong internal and external communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and assertively.
- Own the customer health score and renewal risk for your accounts.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Comfortable pioneering new processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure even when the path forward is unclear.
- A background in Partner business is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is beneficial, as well as knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
