Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining deep, trusting customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth. You will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals while maximizing the value of Iron Mountain's products and services.What You'll Do
  • Lead strategic account planning, contract renewals, and annual pricing negotiations to secure account profitability and achieve quarterly growth targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and key decision-makers to position appropriate solutions, resolve billing disputes, and advocate for customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as Iron Mountain’s internal policies and organizational standards.
