Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining deep, trusting customer relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and profitable growth. You will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they achieve their business goals while maximizing the value of Iron Mountain's products and services.What You'll DoLead strategic account planning, contract renewals, and annual pricing negotiations to secure account profitability and achieve quarterly growth targets.
