We are seeking a hands-on Customer Success Manager with proven experience supporting SaaS customers, particularly in Analytics or eCommerce solutions.
In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of customer engagement, including success, account management, and customer education.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager for SaaS businesses
- Experience working with mid to large clients in Europe and/or Asia
- Strong collaboration experience with Sales and Product teams to drive customer success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical abilities and a customer-first approach
- Native English speaker
- Team-oriented, with a cooperative and adaptable mindset
- Must be able to manage tasks autonomously and work independently
- Must be able to analyze data and provide insights and value to the client
