The OpportunityWe’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to help our customers scale successfully on Canals. Our customers rely on our platform to automate their most critical workflows — from order entry to procurement to payments — and we’re growing fast.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they’re getting maximum value from our platform. This role combines relationship management, onboarding, and problem-solving with a strategic understanding of how our technology impacts their business.

What You’ll DoOwn a portfolio of customer relationships, driving retention, adoption, and satisfaction.
Guide new customers through onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and measurable time-to-value.
Serve as the customer’s advocate internally, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive improvements and solve issues quickly.
Monitor usage data to identify risks and opportunities for expansion.
Lead regular business reviews to highlight ROI and align on future goals.
Develop playbooks and scalable processes as our customer base grows.
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation for a SaaS product.
Strong technical aptitude — comfortable learning complex software and explaining it to others.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical and proactive — you spot issues before they become problems.
Experience supporting B2B or enterprise customers preferred.
