The essence of the role

As Customer Success Manager, you will be located in Stockholm, London, Prague or Paris and you will report to the Sales Director Email Mid-Market Accounts, based in Paris.

As our new Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Grow business with portfolio of assigned customer accounts to attain quotas
  • Manoeuvre CRM data and usage patters to up-sell and cross-sell to long tail base
  • Conduct QBRs, account planning that enable business expansion within strategic base
  • Collaborate with internal ecosystem of product, billing, TAM and SE teams
  • Negotiate contract renewals aligning user, buyer and decision maker personas
  • Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and reporting
  • Be the voice of clients to business impacting retention positively
In order to be successful in this role, we believe you have: 
  • Over 3 years of experience in SaaS business, with a strong emphasis on marketing and communication technologies being a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level, with proficiency in an additional European language considered a bonus.
  • Proven track record in managing a substantial portfolio of SMB customer accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Looker, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments.
