As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), your mission is to ensure our clients achieve their business goals using Kpler’s solutions. You’ll act as their trusted advisor, advocate and primary point of contact—bridging their needs with the best of what Kpler offers . No two days are the same in this role: expect a dynamic environment, continuous learning and impactful relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, proactive relationships with clients across your portfolio.
  • Develop and execute targeted engagement campaigns, tailored outreach strategies, and creative initiatives to drive product adoption and enhance customer experience.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding experiences and train users on our platform, Excel add-in, APIs, and integration capabilities.
  • Be the go-to resource for clients’ questions, ensuring timely, clear, and helpful support via email, video calls, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to align Kpler’s value with evolving client goals—surfacing insights, anticipating challenges, and recommending solutions before issues arise.
  • Partner with commercial teams to uncover and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on data-driven understanding of client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure client feedback translates into real solutions.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of customer success processes and resources (e.g., knowledge base content, support documentation, internal tooling).
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including interaction history, success plans, and engagement strategies.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, ideally within Fintech, Energy, Maritime, or a data-driven environment.
  • Proven success managing a broad portfolio of accounts with varying needs and complexity.
  • Skilled in developing engagement strategies and creative campaigns that drive adoption and long-term loyalty.
  • A natural communicator who builds trust easily—personable, empathetic, and client-first.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable discussing technical concepts and data tools—even if you're not a coder, your familiarity with APIs, data structures, or integration workflows is a big plus. Experience using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Passionate about customer success and driven to deliver real, measurable impact.
