The Opportunity
As a Customer Success Manager at NCC, you'll be part of a ground-breaking team working on fostering first class relationship with our key customers. It's up to us to educate customers on the value of NCC and what we can do for them. Driving speed to value, being the customer advocate within NCC wielding proven expertise, building deep relationships, and translating that into best in class customer experience
The Challenge

Own the relationship with a set of customers/Customer, with a focus on increasing adoption, Speed to value, ensuring retention, and championing customer satisfaction through coordination of all customer-related actions within the pen testing product set.

Bridging the gap between the Account director and the enterprise account Co Ordinator’s being the point of contact for all thing penetration testing. Delivering regular check in calls and meetings

Facilitating scoping calls with the end customer and internal teams

Maintain a detailed understanding of customer activity and aware of customer health metrics alongside behavioural trends

Act as a customer advocate internally and communicate learnings with key stakeholders

Drive accountability for teams internally on customer-related tasks

Identify opportunities for expansion and development and leading discussions with customers uncovering additional service lines

Support customer in achieving goals and demonstrate maximum ROI

Mentor team members to develop consistent and effective routines and processes across the department
Skills & Experience Required:

Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships and really network vertically and horizontally within a pre-set account base

Confidence in overseeing the relationship with enterprise customers and managing the relevant stakeholders

Strong understanding of customer needs and thoughts regarding Penetration testing, and the ability to troubleshoot efficiently

Multitasker with an ability to adapt and adjust priorities and work in a deadline-driven environment

Strategic thinker with the ability to quickly grasp and apply new information, not allowing the status quo to be a blocker to driving long term value and service adoption

Accountability and strong organisational skills are essential

Technical awareness, with an interest in all things cyber

Experience writing and delivering customer proposals
