We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance Salonkee’s growth and client retention. Your role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our German speaking clients, ensuring they realize the full value of our digital solutions in the beauty and wellness industry. You will focus on client loyalty and upselling, securing our market position and making Salonkee indispensable to their business success.
What you will be doingManage churn requests, engage with at-risk salons, and explore retention opportunities.
Monitor salon usage trends and support re-engagement efforts for inactive accounts.
Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to provide targeted support.
Analyze churn reasons and usage patterns to improve retention strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM records and share insights to enhance internal processes.
Fluency in German and English (French is of course a plus)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
Adept at working with software platforms, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate client issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
High energy, motivated, and excited about driving growth and achieving results.
A love for numbers and growth, with the ability to translate data-driven insights into strategic actions.
