About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you´ll be responsible for leading projects related to developing a positive customer experience and fostering relationships, and supporting brand loyalty for US-based clients. 

Serving as a trusted business partner and advisor, your role will involve deeply understanding their unique company challenges and goals, and leading projects to ensure customers get fast time-to-value advocating the innovative power of our products and services. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project.
  • Proactively manage, monitor, and report on the execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner across stakeholders.
  • Promote value through customer experience and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
  • Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience
  • Contribute to lessons learned exercises and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives amongst the CSM team. 
  • Arrange productive meetings by effectively communicating and demonstrating the value of our offering to ensure high-quality interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Native/Bilingual English proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in project management operations. 
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a sales, consulting, and/or customer-facing role working towards specific goals/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
