What you’ll do:
- Manage and execute campaigns end-to-end — from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Own timelines, track campaign performance, and ensure quality execution.
- Identify process gaps and build scalable solutions.
- Bring creative, strategic inputs to make programs more effective.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in campaign or program management.
- Prior experience working in or with a marketing/advertising agency is a must.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — outgoing and proactive.
- A structured thinker with a bias for action.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with tech or SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or campaign tools.
