We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager who lives for action — someone who loves talking to clients, thrives on program management, and can juggle multiple campaigns and hackathons with ease. If you enjoy bringing structure to chaos and collaborating across teams to deliver impact, this one’s for you.
What you’ll do:
  • Manage and execute campaigns end-to-end — from planning to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Own timelines, track campaign performance, and ensure quality execution.
  • Identify process gaps and build scalable solutions.
  • Bring creative, strategic inputs to make programs more effective.
What we’re looking for:
  • 2–4 years of experience in campaign or program management.
  • Prior experience working in or with a marketing/advertising agency is a must.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple programs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — outgoing and proactive.
  • A structured thinker with a bias for action.
Nice to have:
  • Experience working with tech or SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation or campaign tools.
