Trimble is seeking a skilled Technical Customer Success Manager to join our Architecture and Design division in France. This key role focuses on driving customer success within our partner network and providing expert guidance on SketchUp, our leading 3D modeling software. You will have strong technical expertise, industry insight, and a passion for helping reseller partners thrive.

What You Will Do

• Partner Enablement & Education: Onboard and nurture partners to ensure they are well-versed in capabilities of A&D’s solutions, the application of the solution in various industries and in understanding of the critical elements of the customer success methodology.
• Technical Guidance: Provide in-depth technical guidance and support to reseller partners on software products, solutions, and industry workflows.
• Major Account: Collaborate with reseller partners supporting major account activities, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and solution workflow recommendations.
• Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on company software offerings, industry trends, and emerging technologies to educate resellers on the latest product features and best practices.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key French partners to foster long-term collaboration and success.
• Customer Success: Assist in defining and implementing a Customer Success framework to be adopted by the channel partners ; Facilitate the growth of a collaborative partner community through webinars and in the participation in partner events.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in the AEC or design industry.
• Extensive experience with the SketchUp modeling application or similar 2D/3D design software. (i.e., Revit, Archicad, Vectoworks, Autocad, etc.)
• Deep understanding of workflows and processes utilized in AEC industries or similar design industries within France.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of inspiring and guiding both technical and business audiences.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly grasp industry-specific workflows.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advocate for customer success principles at all levels.
• Fluent in French and English language skills; spoken and written.
• Experience working with resellers or channel partners a plus.
