Full-time: $90k-$100k
Location: Fully Remote (Occasional visits to our Monterey office), Must Live in CA, NJ, or IL, MO

Your Role:


We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, Operations to refine and scale our existing CS systems and processes. You will focus on optimizing workflows, standardizing deliverables, and building the infrastructure needed to enable self-service for our customers. This is a role where you'll use your analytical skills, technical aptitude, and operational mindset to make the CS team more efficient and our customers more successful. Success will be measured by process improvements, reduced manual effort, documentation quality, and the foundation you build for scalable customer success. 


Your Typical Week Will Look Like:

  • Analyzing existing CS workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or standardization.
  • Crafting clear, insightful, and engaging presentations from paid search data to showcase the real-world impact of Revvim’s technology.
  • Documenting processes, creating playbooks, and establishing best practices that enable consistency across the CS team.
  • Collaborating with CS team members to understand pain points, shadow workflows, and pressure test new processes during rollout.
  • Working with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to surface customer needs, advocate for self-service features, and continuously refine our processes.
  • Leveraging your Paid Search expertise to diagnose Google Ads performance issues, create scalable troubleshooting frameworks, and translate technical nuances into clear documentation.
  • Joining customer calls to understand their experience firsthand and identify operational improvement opportunities.


You Must Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success operations, revenue operations, or Paid Search account management with a strong operational mindset.
  • Hands-on experience managing or working deeply with Google Ads accounts, including campaign structure, reporting, and performance diagnostics.
  • Strong proficiency with Excel, data analysis, and the ability to build scalable infrastructure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a talent for creating order from complexity.
  • Experience documenting workflows, building templates, and driving process standardization.
  • A bias toward building systems that reduce manual work and enable team scalability.

We’d Also Love (But Don’t Require):

  • Experience with scripting or light coding (Google AppScripts, Google Ads scripts).
  • Agency experience managing diverse Google Ads accounts across multiple industries.
  • Familiarity with SA360, Google Analytics, and general analytics best practices.
  • Familiarity with our tech stack: Google Ads, Notion, GSuite.
  • A track record of measurable operational improvements
  • The ability to occasionally step into client-facing situations when needed for coverage or learning.
