About the RoleAs a Customer Success Manager for our French and European Enterprise clients, you will act as their trusted advisor, supporting them on both business and technical fronts. You’ll be the voice of the customer internally and a strategic partner externally, ensuring they maximize the value of the AppsFlyer platform while helping shape our product roadmap with their insights.
What You’ll Do- Manage customer relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to renewals, while ensuring their success across business, product, and technical needs.
- Proactively share product updates, insights, and best practices to drive adoption and maximize impact.
- Deliver training sessions, webinars, and demos to enable customers on new features and use cases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and R&D teams by voicing client feedback and advocating for product improvements.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews to highlight value, the impact of AppsFlyer’s solutions on our customer success, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Support upsell and expansion efforts by identifying business needs and aligning them with AppsFlyer solutions.
- Be a part of the client’s extended team—accessible, insightful, and proactive.
- Native-level French and advanced English proficiency.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role within SaaS or AdTech.
- A strong understanding of web marketing, digital advertising, and business strategy.
- A technical mindset with the ability to dive into APIs and campaign performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze large data sets and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, global environment.
- Willingness to travel several times a year for customer meetings and conferences.
- Background in mobile marketing or app analytics.
- Familiarity with SDK integrations and deep linking.
- Product sense or experience collaborating with product teams.
- Referred by an AppsFlyer team member.
