Position Summary
Join us as an Implementation Specialist/Client Business Partner where you'll manage pivotal client relationships, implement strategic HR solutions, and drive exceptional service delivery. In this dual role, you will combine technical expertise with strategic client relationship management, ensuring the seamless implementation of HR technology solutions while providing ongoing business partnership to clients. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and a strong understanding of HR operations.
This role is a remote/work from home role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their unique HR needs, goals, and challenges. Act as a business partner, providing ongoing guidance to ensure the success of our solutions and continuous improvement in their HR operations.
  • HR Technology Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of our platform, managing system configurations, training, testing, and post-implementation support. Tailor solutions to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring that HR processes such as performance management and employee engagement needs are streamlined and optimized.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales representatives, implementation managers, and client representatives, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery based on the client’s timeline. Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and client communication to guarantee successful implementation and high client satisfaction.

  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing virtual client relationships effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • HR Background (3-5 years of experience) or equivalent knowledge of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, performance management, recruitment)
  • Proven experience in HR technology implementation, including system setup, configuration, and post-implementation support.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to effectively understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • A strong passion for leveraging technology to solve HR challenges and improve operational efficiency.
