As Client & Partner Success Manager – UK, you'll manage renewals and growth via resellers, while ensuring schools maximize Securly’s solutions. You’ll also collaborate across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to enhance the customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner & Customer Renewals & Expansion
- Drive renewals & expansion with reseller partners and direct school/MAT clients.
- Support partners in identifying at-risk accounts and ensuring customer retention.
- Provide forecasting insights for revenue planning.
Customer Engagement & Advocacy
- Build relationships with school/MAT leaders to maximize adoption.
- Conduct business reviews & success planning for retention and upsell opportunities.
- Represent UK customer needs to Product, Engineering, and Support.
- Refine Customer Success workflows and best practices.

Benefits Package
- Compensation: Base £55K-£60K, OTE up to £85K (uncapped)
- 100% Remote – UK-based
