Title: Customer Success Manager - DACH region.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager based in Germany dedicated to helping our customers in the DACH region enhance their productivity and accelerate market innovation.

In this role, you will proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and go the extra mile to assist them in achieving their goals, thereby fuelling their continued success.

What you'll do:

  • Pre-sales: Engage in consultative discussions with medical manufacturers, exploring their needs and future goals. You will ensure that our software solutions are aligned to drive their success.
  • CSAT: Collaborate with the team to meet customer needs, promoting successful software usage and enhancing loyalty, retention, and renewal rates.
  • Upselling: Regularly assess customer needs and demonstrate how our innovative software can further contribute to their success.
  • Training & Education: Develop and maintain a training framework, create a customer success journey map, and adapt it to meet customer needs, all while delivering outstanding training.

All about you:

  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Success Management or related roles such as pre-sales, account management, or training, specifically within Medical Devices.
  • A degree in business or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of enhancing customer value through effective Customer Success Management strategies.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with MedTech clients, contributing to their success.
  • Skilled in adapting communication styles to diverse groups and employing strategic questioning to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Proficient in managing customer expectations and delivering high-quality training in line with company standards.
  • Native level proficiency in both German and English languages.
