After onboarding, you guide online shops through their journey with our solutions, ensuring they achieve maximum product value. You’re the trusted partner who turns products into real results – building loyalty and long-term relationships that matter.

Your responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a defined portfolio of customers, proactively driving performance improvements.

  • Serve as the main point of contact, offering expert guidance and ongoing support.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and strategically position TRSTD’s technologies to achieve client goals.  

  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to our product team.  

This is a full‑time hybrid position based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

  • Proven expertise in customer communication and account management.

  • Strong B2B background, ideally with Key Account experience.

  • Deep understanding of SaaS and e-commerce challenges.

  • Skilled at managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams.

  • Organized, hands-on, and proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and advanced English (C1).
