Job Overview
You will assist our clients in transferring fund data from the fund company to ISS FWW in regulated formats. This will require written and telephone communication with our clients. You will also be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the maintenance of fund data and documents.
Profile:

Experience in Customer Service/After Sales

Logical, Customer and Solution Orientated thinking

Basic Technical understanding

Interest in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Self motivated

Fluency in German

Experience in the Financial Services sector is highly preferred
