As an IT Consultant, you play a central role in our mission to “Empower Every Employee.” You enable our customers to roll out the Flip app to hundreds of thousands of employees. As part of the Customer Success Engineering team, you are responsible for the technical implementation and customization of the Flip SaaS environment. You juggle a wide range of IT and integration projects for our customers while always keeping the Flip mission, customer success, and our product in focus.

support the CSE team in achieving their ambitious goals
ensure our customers' success through technical onboarding and execution of integration projects
are the key point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle, coordinating requirements, resolving issues, and developing tailored software solutions
actively collaborate with the customer’s functional departments, such as Project Management, Technical Teams, IT, and Security
are authorized to make decisions on all technical matters, contributing directly to the project’s successful delivery
maintain close communication with our external development partners to ensure smooth cooperation

have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting, project management (delivery and/or implementation of SaaS products is a plus)
bring coding and/or development expertise into the consulting context
have experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST APIs, and the deployment of API-based integrations in enterprise IT environments
are able to communicate effectively at various levels of abstraction with both technical and business stakeholders
are skilled in project management
have worked directly with enterprise customers and thrive in cross-functional teams
build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through your customer- and people-focused approach
are fluent in both German and English
