About The Role:As a Customer Success Development Representative (CSDR), you play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and retention by ensuring our clients connect with their Customer Success Manager (CSM). Your mission is to help customers recognize the value of these meetings, ensuring they get the most out of our platform while positively impacting our bottom line.
This role is a fantastic entry point into the tech industry, offering a chance to develop strong communication skills, build relationships with clients, and gain deep knowledge of customer success strategies.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Engage with clients via outbound calls and emails to schedule meetings with their CSM.
- Communicate value—help customers understand why connecting with a CSM will enhance their experience and success.
- Drive impact by securing as many meetings as possible, as CSM meetings directly influence customer retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with the CS team to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on customer needs.
- Work US hours (13:00-23:00, Monday-Friday) in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- 1 Year of customer facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections.
- Highly organized with excellent time management.
- A team player who is eager to learn and grow within Customer Success and the tech industry.
