Based at our Macquarie Park (NSW) offices and in the field, under a Hybrid working arrangement, reporting directly to the Manager: Asset Support Services, you’ll step into a role that’s all about building strong partnerships, solving complex supply chain challenges, and driving smarter solutions for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing

.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Turning data into action: Analyse customer account data to uncover root causes, identify patterns, and deliver insights that drive smarter processes and reduce equipment loss.
- Owning your schedule: Plan and prioritise customer engagements based on account health and operational needs.
- Building strong partnerships: Connect with everyone from warehouse teams to senior decision-makers, influencing change and fostering collaboration.
- Driving improvement: Conduct process reviews, highlight gaps, and deliver programs that embed best practices and empower customers.
- Collaborating for success: Work closely with Account Managers and internal teams to align objectives, resolve challenges, and support business projects.
- Championing innovation: Challenge the status quo constructively and contribute to continuous improvement to the pooling ecosystem.
