Your Role:
- Customer Engagement: Drive sales through proactive B2C calls, engaging customers to understand their needs and coordinate branch evaluation visits;
- Problem Solving: Identify needs, clarify issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Customer Delight: Go beyond expectations to enhance customer experiences.
Your Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken German; Intermediate English skills.
- Communication Excellence: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
- Adaptability: Thrive in repetitive environments with a methodical approach.
- Experience: Background in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls
- Will be considered a plus: a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
