Your day-to-day:
- Analyse and optimise Meta ad campaigns
- Onboard clients and train them on the platform
- Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
- Work closely with the CS and Product teams
- Must-have requirements (If you don’t meet these, we kindly ask you not to apply)
- Strong motivation to start fast in a tech startup
- Excellent English level, written and spoken (any additional language is a plus — your clients will be English-speaking)
Nice-to-have (big plus):
- Digital marketing knowledge (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads or TikTok Ads — you can set up campaigns yourself)
- Proactive and organised mindset — we move fast (we use Notion)
- Previous experience in Customer Success teams (1+ year)
