We are currently searching for an Analytical Consultant for the Customer Success, Industry Insights team in Oslo, Norway.
NIQ Customer Success team is focusing on building great customer experience by offering insights on category development and consumer buying behavior, in a timely and consistent manner. This role drives loyalty and empowerment by enhancing our customers' use of our data and tools, including AI, through specialty expertise and engagement.

As an Analytical Consultant you work with client support of any data and platform related issues as well as business solution-driven analyses, presentations and recommendations for leading global and local FMCG companies.
Responsibilities
- Improve the customer engagement and satisfaction (NPS) of your assigned clients by offering outstanding client support including data platform and analytical support
- Develop valuable business issue analyses and category presentations
- Deliver insights and recommendations to your client based on your analytical work
- Deliver thought leadership preparing client events, writing newsletter and doing webinars
- Generate sales leads based on your knowledge about your client’s business
- Train your clients in NIQ’s new cloud-based data platform Discover to increase their understanding and usage of the tool
- Participate actively in building a positive and engaging team culture in our Nordic team
The role is based in our Oslo office and reports to the Nordics Customer Success Leader. You will be part of a Nordic Customer Success team of 14 team members in total.
Your profile
- First and foremost a burning desire and ability to create and drive a commercial analytical base for identifying what's next for your client.
- We expect minimum 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG industry within business analysis, market research and/or category management
- A commercial degree in Economics with proven graduation results.
- Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written and fluent in Norwegian
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Using AI tools (including NIQ-approved platforms) to enhance the speed, quality, and reach of insights and client engagement
- Experience with conducting presentations and good communication skills.
- Transforming data into compelling narratives that answer the "why", "so what", and "now what" for clients
