JOB PURPOSE
The CSP & Shopper Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of category, channel, and shopper initiatives across markets. The role provides exposure to how brand plans are translated into in-store and channel-specific execution, while building foundational skills in analytics, commercial planning, and shopper activation.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development of channel and customer plans by consolidating inputs from sales, brand, and finance teams
- Assist in building monthly and quarterly planning decks and tracking tools
- Help analyse historical performance (sales, distribution, promotions) to identify trends and opportunities
- Contribute to building simple planning inputs for channel/customer business plans
- Support the execution of in-store activations, promotions, and campaigns across key channels
- Assist in developing promotional plans and tracking their implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of activation materials
- Help review in-store visibility and campaign rollout across customers
- Track key performance metrics such as sales trends, promotion performance, and distribution
- Support post-activity analysis by compiling results and summarising key learnings
- Highlight simple insights to support optimisation of future campaigns and plans
- Assist in preparing performance reports for internal reviews
- Work closely with Sales, Brand, Finance, and Shopper Marketing teams on ongoing initiatives
- Support alignment across teams by tracking actions and timelines
- Assist in preparing materials for internal meetings (e.g., planning reviews, monthly business discussions)

Education & Experience
- Recent graduate or final-year student (Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred)
- Interest in commercial planning, shopper marketing, or sales
- Any internship/project experience involving data analysis, marketing, or business planning is a plus

- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to work with data and identify basic trends
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
