The Customer Strategy and Planning Coordinator is an operational part of the Customer Strategy and Planning team. They will be responsible for supporting customer strategy team on a variety of projects from presentations through to spreadsheets. The Customer Strategy and Planning will work with customer teams to maintain a variety of project communications and timelines to ensure deliverables are met for key stakeholders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development of the annual bottoms up sales forecast and monthly forecast update with RGM and Finance Teams to ensure an accurate volume and net revenue plan by product group and customer for region

  • Provide key inputs into the monthly S&OP process with customer insights and category intelligence, sales distribution and promotion plans, sales risks and opportunities

  • Monitor daily and weekly level consumption against forecast for divisional scope and provide insights into deviations versus plan

  • Support the maintenance of customer sales teams internal tracker to ensure HQ teams have full visibility to innovation, meeting, and activation plans

  • Identify customer planning opportunities with RGM by leveraging volume planner, trade planning system, syndicated data and trade spend targets

  • Proactively identify gaps to plan by tracking syndicated consumption against projected sales from volume planning process by customer

  • Work closely with customer teams to ensure all internal plan and communication tools remain up to date with promotional, distribution, meeting and innovation plans.

  • Work with customer teams for post-promotion analysis for future plan optimization and learnings

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 1 year of previous experience as Executive Administrative or Project Coordination experience required

  • Baseline proficiency with Excel required

  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior

  • Strong attention to detail.  Self-starter.  Team player.

  • Ability to adjust on the fly and thrive in an ever-changing environment

  • 10% travel required

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

7.5
