Job Description:
The Mars Food and Nutrition Customer Strategy Analyst supports the successful execution of commercial strategies by providing the sales organization with the tools, tracking, and communications needed to drive customer growth. This role manages essential operational workflows across display execution, customer program tracking, sales communications, and innovation readiness, ensuring consistent execution and seamless coordination of go-to-market initiatives.

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Display & Customer Activation Management: Partners with customer teams to support display development and portfolio. Tracks displays, key commercial moments, and customer activation programs to ensure visibility, accuracy, and timely execution across channels.
- Go-to-Market & Innovation Readiness: Supports innovation launches by coordinating samples, sales materials, launch timelines, and customer-specific requirements. Ensure all launch assets are organized, accessible, and delivered on schedule.
- Sales Enablement & Resource Management: Maintains sales tools, trackers, and resource libraries that support execution excellence. Ensure materials remain current, consistent, and aligned with brand strategies and customer priorities. Support key trade show and event executions along with the Customer Strategy Manager.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Category Leadership, and other cross-functional teams to align priorities, communicate updates, and support seamless program execution.
- Data & Insight Coordination: Gathers, organizes, and tracks key business metrics, including display performance, customer timelines, and activation status. Provides insights and reporting to support planning, decision-making, and post-program evaluations.
- Sales Communications: Manages and coordinates sales communications, including updates on customer programs, timelines, and key business initiatives. Ensures the field sales team receives accurate, timely, and actionable information.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
