As a Regional Stakeholder Lead, you will be responsible for customer interface, stakeholder liaison and leading our regional strategy to be the industry lead in our community. This is a Dunedin based role.
In addition to the above you will:
- Own and manage ongoing development and implementation of Customer Stakeholder Management Plans
- Proactively engage with community groups, stakeholders and clients
- Enhance brand and reputation; seek opportunities to grow presence in community and market
- Advise customers on policies, standards and procedures related to access, signage and encroachment
- Liaise with field staff to collect field information and provide assessments
- Liaise daily with the operational team to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Support the construction and tenders teams in operational tasks
- Take a lead role in organising regional events and volunteer initiatives in the community

- Has experience in stakeholder management or public relations, within the civil construction sector
- Has superior interpersonal skills with high EQ

- Manages changing priorities and ambiguity
