About the role
As a Client Solutions Specialist for our Government client at Probe CX, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer service to the Australian public. Working in our contact centre in Springfield, Queensland, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, helping everyday Australians and Businesses navigate government services and address their queries and concerns.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers, providing exceptional service and problem-solving skills

  • Accurately record customer information and log details of interactions in our CRM system

  • Research and provide detailed information about government programs and processes. All information at your fingertips with an in depth knowledge base

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address customer queries effectively

  • Commitment to delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of government services and programs would be highly regarded

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and have a 5 year footprint in Australia

  • Able to work rotating shift with available Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
