About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls regarding enquiries for the upcoming 2024 NSW Local Council Elections. Think of it as making a 5-minute friend every 5-minutes. You will be a quick thinker. You will thrive on solving the tricky stuff. You will know your way around a computer and have a passion for customer service.

If you’re interested, here is what you need to know.

  • Based onsite in Biggera Waters

  • Starting dates 19 August and 2 September 2024

Operating hours:

  •  Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

  • From 9 September to 14 September, the shifts will be offered Monday to Saturday between 8 am to 6 pm
