Link’s Customer Solutions team aims to build meaningful, lasting relationships with key customers and the largest occupiers of logistics real estate in the U.S., as well as their representatives, to advance Link's position as an owner of choice.
The Customer Solutions Associate will report to Link’s East Coast-based Vice Presidents on the Customer Solutions team. He / she will support the team by deepening relationships with our key customers, analyzing customer & industry data, and reporting on customer activity to Senior Management. Responsibilities for this role will be wide-ranging; the right candidate will collaborate with various departments across the Link platform and gain exposure to senior Company executives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create presentation materials for both external customer meetings and internal purposes

Assist the Customer Solutions team in updating and reporting customer interactions within the Salesforce CRM

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for the Customer Solutions team and Senior Management

Attend meetings with Vice Presidents and summarize key findings

Maintain ranking and scoring of key customer relationships
-
Collect and monitor customer / industry data; perform customer and industry research

Extract and summarize data from Yardi and other data sources

Analyze and create Power BI dashboards

Build and maintain models tracking key customers within Link’s portfolio
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years of experience preferred

Demonstrated interest in real estate and finance

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; team oriented

Ability to organize and summarize data sets

Prior experience with financial analysis preferred

Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, Yardi and Deal Manager proficiency preferred
