Supports portfolio NOI reporting, forecasting, reforecasting, budget-versus-actual analysis, operating metric tracking, dashboards, executive reporting, and financial modeling. The intern collaborates with capital markets, asset management, property management, leasing, and finance teams while using Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and potentially Python, SQL, Tableau, and AI tools to develop analytical insights and recurring business deliverables.

Supports industrial real estate development projects across site evaluation, due diligence, design, budgeting, financial modeling, permitting, construction management, leasing assumptions, documentation, and project closeout. Maintains project records, trackers, contracts, invoices, schedules, budgets, cash flow projections, and market lease assumptions while coordinating with utilities and stakeholders. This paid 10-week internship is designed for actively enrolled undergraduate juniors pursuing a related business, finance, real estate, engineering, or construction degree.

Supports Link Logistics’ indirect broker marketing strategy through broker market mapping, segmentation, persona development, go-to-market planning, engagement tracking, messaging, channel strategy, and marketing asset development. The intern researches broker firms and market nuances, coordinates with cross-functional marketing and communications teams, and helps organize presentations and campaign materials. The role provides experience in audience research, value propositions, storytelling, program planning, and marketing strategy.

Supports Link Logistics’ debt strategy and financing transactions by identifying assets for financing, building loan models, preparing lender packages and marketing materials, assisting with due diligence, managing loan covenants and draw requests, and producing debt reporting packages. Collaborates with internal teams, outside counsel, Blackstone capital markets, and lenders while analyzing cash flows and financing costs. The 10-week paid internship is designed for actively enrolled rising seniors interested in commercial real estate finance.

Develop and lead full-stack applications delivering analytics and machine learning insights. Build responsive React interfaces, Python or Node.js backend services, APIs, data integrations, dashboards, and visualization components. Ensure secure, scalable, performant cloud deployments, preferably on Azure. Use AI-assisted coding tools, contribute to architecture, review code, and mentor or coordinate contractors and interns while collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

Build and own the intelligence layer of an analytics engine by creating knowledge graphs, RAG and LLM workflows, scalable data pipelines, provenance systems, and backend APIs. Partner directly with investment analysts and asset managers to identify needs and deliver reliable, low-latency analytical insights. Responsibilities include productionizing ML applications, managing data quality and lineage, developing graph-based retrieval, and exposing structured data and ML outputs to applications.

Support sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and execution of asset- and portfolio-level debt financings for a large industrial real estate portfolio. Perform financial modeling, cash flow projections, asset analysis, lender marketing materials, and transaction support using Excel and Argus. Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, and advisors through closing and post-close reporting.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a national logistics real estate portfolio. Build and maintain property-level and consolidated financial models, perform variance and trend analysis, develop cash flow projections, audit large datasets, support budgeting systems, drive process improvements/automation, and prepare presentations for senior management while collaborating with Asset Management, Property Management, and Leasing.
