THE ROLE

Join our dynamic team of AI Adoption Specialists at Zeta Global! We are at the forefront of AI technology, revolutionizing marketing strategies with our cutting-edge AI capabilities. We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about AI and eager to help clients harness the power of our innovative solutions.

This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in-person at our NYC Global Headquarters office to maximize team support and development.

What You'll Do:

  • Empower Clients: Provide hands-on training and enablement sessions to help clients maximize the benefits of Zeta's AI-driven Marketing Platform.
  • Live Demos: Showcase our AI capabilities at live events and conferences, offering attendees a firsthand look at our transformative technology.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, working closely with them to drive AI adoption and identify new use cases for their marketing programs.
  • Share Knowledge: Document and share best practices, tips, and real-world use cases with both internal teams and Clients.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with our Product team to relay client feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of our AI offerings.


Qualifications:

  • AI Enthusiast: In-depth understanding of Generative AI technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity).
  • Curious Mind: Passionate about learning and understanding the full AI capabilities of Zeta's Marketing Platform.
  • Great Communicator: Strong communication skills, able to present complex AI concepts in an accessible way to non-technical clients.
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to brainstorm and collaborate with clients on innovative uses for AI in their marketing strategies.
  • Team Player: Works well with internal teams across Customer Solutions, Solutions Consulting, Enterprise Ops, and Product Management.
  • Willing to Travel: Open to traveling up to 25% of the time, especially during peak periods.

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 depending on location and experience.
