We are currently looking for passionate Customer Care Consultants to join our growing team in our fast paced call centre located in Wollongong.
About the Role
Entry level inbound Sales role working on behalf of one of Australia's leading Energy Providers. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by handling incoming inquiries and converting leads into sales. This position requires a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The Inbound Sales Agent will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, provide relevant information, and guide them through the sales process.

Operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 7:15 pm | No weekend work!

This is an on-site role commencing 30th September 2024

Rotating roster released 2 weeks in advance

2 weeks full time paid training + 4 weeks access to additional support while you’re settling in
