What You'll Do:
- Identify & qualify new service opportunities in close collaboration with Account Managers and Sales.
- Develop scalable, value-driven solutions that address key client pain points.
- Engage actively in sales cycles, from pipeline building through to closing Coupa service deals.
- Design, estimate, and scope engagements either directly or via partners aligned to client needs.
- Provide continuous feedback to the Solution Delivery Team to refine and customize service offerings.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Bilingual required (English + Portuguese and/or Spanish) to collaborate effectively across US and European teams.
- Proven sales experience in consulting projects, solutions, or managed services within a Software/SaaS environment, ideally with procurement/accounting expertise.
- Experienced in managing global service engagements, with a track record of success engaging executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Relationship-builder across all levels, with credibility working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Structured and solution-driven, with strong sales outcomes and proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Excel, Word, OpenAir (or similar).
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset resilient, collaborative, and always eager to learn and evolve in a fast-paced industry.
