As a Customer Solution Coordinator based at our Warwick Support Centre you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting and driving growth of customer sales and margin through effective management of various solutions and projects i.e. Wolseley Van Stock and Waste.
- Onboarding new customers and planning the implementation of the Wolseley Van Stock solutions, including leading on communication with providers, customers and internal teams including branches.
- Understanding the customers requirements and creating product catalogues for them to use.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00AM – 17:00PM. We offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and max 2 days from home.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel including ability to use V-look ups.
- Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Plumbing and heating knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
- Ability to build excellent rapport with our customers and maintain a consistent level of customer service.
