What You’ll Do

You'll manage customer enquiries relating to warranty and retail support, processing requests accurately and coordinating engineering resources to provide timely resolutions. What We’re Looking For
We're seeking a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a positive, professional telephone manner.

You'll be comfortable handling customer enquiries by phone and email, managing multiple requests and maintaining a high level of accuracy when entering and maintaining data. You'll enjoy working as part of a team while also being confident using your own initiative to resolve issues and support customers.

We're looking for someone who thrives under pressure, has strong organisational skills and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Bonus if you have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, helpdesk, call centre or service coordination environment.
  • Experience within the automotive, commercial vehicle or wider motor trade industry.
  • Experience scheduling engineers, technicians or field-based service teams.
  • Knowledge of warranty processes or aftersales support activities.
  • Experience using CRM, service management or customer support systems.
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills.
  • Experience handling customer complaints and resolving service issues.
