Position Overview
The Customer Service Coordinator will interact with the MasterCorp Commercial Services’ customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service.
Essential Functions

  • Interact with customers via telephone, email, online chat, work order system or in person to provide support and information provided by Operations. 

  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer’s problems and concerns. 

  • Maintain company CRM program with customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. 

  • Printing and Updating Operations forms (CHR reports, cost center list, alarm sheet, check list, nightly logs). 

  • Printing out Operation forms on request. 

  • Create Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP) and Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPPA) certificates as needed. 

  • Create and Send Agreements, Ancillary Proposals and Change Form Request as needed. 

  • Serve as backup to receiving and placing orders for suppliers, 

  • Distributes Uniforms. 

  • Workday - Assist Associates with site-specific background authorization paperwork as necessary. 

  • Send out job offer letters and assist new hires with completing New Hire paperwork and onboarding. 

  • Perform initial new hire orientation and safety training. 

  • Coordinate new hire’s information and start date with field managers. 
     

Experience and Education Requirements

    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Minimum of eighteen (18) months of work experience, preferably in a customer service-related position.

    • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.

    • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.

    • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

    • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization.

    Physical Requirements:


    This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching,  occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the

    essential functions of the position satisfactorily, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job.
