Role:
We’re looking for extremely motivated, high-energy, people to join our inbound/outbound Customer Service Team. The primary role you play is answering inbound and making outbound calls to and from members inquiring about Health Plan changes for 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from prospective members for Medicare Advantage plans by following approved script.
- Make outbound calls to members
- Enter member information into the MEP (CRM) and
- Warm Transfer members to designated departments for further assistance
- Obtain approved agreement (Scope of Appointment) from prospective members verbally that want a home appointment by following approved script and documenting it in CRM (MEP) system.
- Follow all Federal, State, and Client’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
